Assesses technical and operational risks, optimizes strategies, and determines operational efficacy to meet cyberspace, information, and applied technology requirements for intelligence activities and operations. • Manages contractor employees at various client site locations. • Supported initiative to become DoD\'s executive agency for cyber products and services under the FY22 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Section 1521. • Advised senior government executives on Title 10 and Tile 50 authorities and congressional oversight responsibilities. • Crafted various support agreements between the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Policy and SAF/CDM. • Planned, executed, and monitored funds issued to portfolio programs, including annual and multi-year funding (direct and reimbursable) program allotments, allowances, and obligation authority. • Advised Air Force senior-level executives on a reimbursable funding strategy. • Monitored budget authority, obligations, and expenditures of funds and perform continuous analysis of cost trends to identify areas with programmatic or fiscal problems. • Informed senior discussion and decision on white and gray financial process flow and process improvement. • Produced feasibility study for DoD-wide innovation and experimentation fund capture. • Provided PPBE analysis artifacts, including justifications as well as commitment and obligation documents. • Executed administrative-level project management on a variety of projects, programs, and initiatives. • Facilitated and updated the governance model and processes to enable leadership oversight of strategic and tactical activities within the directorate. • Executed program management reviews and maintained metrics on portfolio performance to provide leadership insight into program execution.
