   Direct portfolio management support to the Secretary of the Air Force’s (SAF) Concepts, Development Management (CDM) office. Assesses technical and operational risks, optimizes strategies, and determines operational efficacy to meet cyberspace, information, and applied technology requirements for intelligence activities and operations. • Manages contractor employees at various client site locations. • Supported initiative to become DoD\'s executive agency for cyber products and services under the FY22 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Section 1521. • Advised senior government executives on Title 10 and Tile 50 authorities and congressional oversight responsibilities. • Crafted various support agreements between the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Policy and SAF/CDM. • Planned, executed, and monitored funds issued to portfolio programs, including annual and multi-year funding (direct and reimbursable) program allotments, allowances, and obligation authority. • Advised Air Force senior-level executives on a reimbursable funding strategy. • Monitored budget authority, obligations, and expenditures of funds and perform continuous analysis of cost trends to identify areas with programmatic or fiscal problems. • Informed senior discussion and decision on white and gray financial process flow and process improvement. • Produced feasibility study for DoD-wide innovation and experimentation fund capture. • Provided PPBE analysis artifacts, including justifications as well as commitment and obligation documents. • Executed administrative-level project management on a variety of projects, programs, and initiatives. • Facilitated and updated the governance model and processes to enable leadership oversight of strategic and tactical activities within the directorate. • Executed program management reviews and maintained metrics on portfolio performance to provide leadership insight into program execution.
