This role requires me to manage a team whilst also remaining \'on the tools\' and recruiting for roles myself. I work directly with the C-suite to plan and deliver successful talent acquisition strategies. I also work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve EVP, employer branding, ATS management, and upskilling our employees through L&D.
