As a postdoctoral scientist, I work with a team of researchers to study the impacts of protists on plant microbiomes and plant health. This research has resulted in an extensive culture collection of over 100 protist cultures as well as six publications in ISI recognized journals. I have also been a co-PI on two USDA grants, presented at several national scientific meetings, and engaged with organic growers at multiple meetings to learn about how our research can help keep their soil and crops healthy.
