ABOUT STEPHEN T. ROSSI

My forte is dealing with chaotic situations. My resume highlights my abilities, knowledge and expertise. During my time at Honeywell, I was able to save my division in capital expenditures by streamlining the budgeting process. I also help to create a dashboard there that aided managers in staying abreast in managing key expenses and other business factors. At World Gaming Corp (an internet company), I helped facilitate its cash sale to a publicly held company because my revenue recognition passed the litmus test from Big 4 Auditors. In my last position at Fidelio Insurance Company, I wrote procedures to efficiently file an NAIC report using Peachtree Accounting Software which ultimately led to saving the company money it was spending on consulting services. I have had experience in dealing with entrepreneurs and engineers. I once installed a standard cost system that enabled a chemical company division of American Can Company to shed unprofitable products and further led to its sale to private investors and that company is still in business today. I am detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture and can deal with chaos effectively. I love to lead and train personnel to maximize their potential.
