As lead on our Covidian task force, assessed our needs based on the Local Authorities having jurisdiction guidelines, sourced tools, developed protocols and coordinated implementation. This is evolving in our new world, with improvements and automation assisting us to effectively do contact tracing within the facilities, and health monitoring of all personnel entering the facility in real time. I was assigned the lead role in assisting the company in delivering excellence in a \"Work Well \" audit by the Ministry of Labour/ WSIB. By creating, and supporting an environment of collaboration, our team achieved a 100% score, averted all potential fines and penalties, and have not had a visit from the MOL since. As a result, we became a better, more sustainable organization with a Health & Safety lens.
