I have been in estate agency 18 years and ran the Sheldon Branch of Burchell Edwards (Connells Group) for 13 years. I ran the Erdington branch before that and took both offices from either a loss or poor performance to one of profit and to be proud of! Burchell Edwards Sheldon was the Top performing office in the Burchell Edwards group for 8 years in a row. I love estate agency and still have a fire a drive to be the best and succeed, that means helping coaching my team to be the best they can be and there nothing more satisfying to me than seeing my team grow and get promoted as we all earn! I have now been appointed Paul Dubberley Area Director and have so much talent as part of my team I’m excited to see where we can take it together!
