I’m leading Psynth.ai, an AI platform transforming the way psychologists create diagnostic reports. We’re helping clinicians get out of the paperwork grind and back to what matters: patient care. The mission is simple, to modernize mental health workflows and empower practitioners with tools that work with them, not against them.Before Psynth, I built Elevate Holistics, one of the largest telemedicine providers for medical cannabis in the U.S, serving thousands of patients, many in rural and underserved communities. That work taught me the value of access, simplicity, and meeting people where they are. My leadership style blends vision with heart. I believe in emotional intelligence as a competitive edge, and I build teams that value courage, clarity, and curiosity. From mindset coaching to therapy access, I invest in my people because great work comes from healthy humans.Outside of work, I recharge through storytelling, snowboarding, and seeing the world.
