Stephen Starr is a Clinical Research Professional with a proven track record of 30 years’ experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries. He has served in key thought leadership roles in the key industry spaces of Pharma, Academic Research Organization (ARO) and Contract Research Organization (CRO). He is considered by many of his colleagues in the industry as a subject matter expert in both areas of Data Management Services and Clinical Operations. He has successfully worked in developing and implementing Data and Clinical Operational Strategies, Business Development, Proposal Management, Finance, Contracting and Quality and Compliance as well as research and funding leaders from Pharma, NGOs, Academia and Government (NIH, DoD, etc.). He has supervised, trained, and mentored large (150+) and small (5-10) teams across all departments within various organizations.
