I\'ve been writing grants, RFPs, proposals, and various forms of content for over 20 years. I am currently the Sr. Proposal Writer at Aya Healthcare, beginning in June 2022. I am part of a team of proposal writers that primarily support RFPs sent to Vaya Workforce. Prior to that, I was the RFP Project Lead at Medical Solutions in Omaha, Nebraska, for 3 1/2 years, since September of 2018. I was the company\'s first designated RFP writer. I established all processes around the strategy, support, and submission of RFPs. I was tasked with supporting RFPs and workflows for the MSP and direct staffing divisions, along with the various business units of C&A Industries that were acquired in October of 2019. I write persuasive and compelling RFPs that hold open the door for Sales to walk through and win the business.
