   Supervisor of 11 Event Team members across multiple regions across Amazon HQ1. Manage three Event Assistant Managers who are accountable for overseeing event spaces and program coordinators. Responsible for overseeing high level special events as requested by Amazon employees in over 90+ locations locally. Manage entire interview process including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and final selection. Coach and develop direct reports to ensure event service standards and promote advancement. Plan and manage the overall program budget, accounting, purchase orders and purchases (approximate budget of Communicated regularly via email, Amazon Chime (chat app) or F2F with senior management and contacts within the Amazon organization, and business associates. Working within a Facilities Management environment with responsibility for Hard & Soft and Standard SLA’s & KPI’s. Strong background in establishing and tracking program impacts, analyzing variances, developing action plans, executing, and measurement of marketing programs. Continuously measure the success of Event programs through research, survey feedback, and other performance metrics to track and report results. Establish new policies and procedures necessary to clearly define event support of high-level event support in high profile event spaces. Create, implement and manage project plans and event details, communication, schedules, milestones, and event requirements – including budgeting, logistics, program details and agenda to ensure event customer satisfaction. Develop and submit monthly event analysis reports of spending, attendance, and other ROI metrics for client records
