ABOUT STEPHEN SANTANGELO

I am a Certified Scrum Master with 7+ years of Agile experience. 20+ years as a Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst specializing in all major products in the financial industry. Recent projects focus on initiatives involving Operations and Technology and utilized either Agile or SDLC project methodology. Relevant experience includes extensive project management, project initiation, integration and post integration support. I have managed teams consisting of in-house and off-shore Business Analysts and Developers. Abilities and skills demonstrated include: planning and managing of systems development projects, defining business requirements and developing functional specification documents, providing business systems analysis, training, developing quality assurance strategy, writing and executing test plans, and evaluating third party software packages. He also communicated the business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models. Steve developed the BRD and FRD templates used by the Jefferies Utility. I am a Reconciliation Utility SME. Recently, I had managed every aspect of Jefferies’ Recon Utility from import and match configuration, and Sec Master maintenance, to scheduling, and archiving. And, managed two System migrations, the latest being Accurate NXG to Fiserv Frontier. He acted as the Utility\'s Scrum Master, utilizing Agile during development and testing.I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Masters in Information Management degree from Stevens Tech.
