When I practiced law, I always found myself reviewing legal transcripts really seeking to understand the root cause to how each unique workplace conflict ended up in litigation. I began to realize that my passion was in trying to help problem solve with the business and employees to prevent these matters from getting to litigation. More importantly, I wanted to directly and positively impact people\'s experience in the workplace. Thus, I transitioned to Employee Relations and have been dedicated to supporting organizations with fostering healthy cultures by upholding company core values and creating positive employee experiences. As an Employee Relations leader, I focus my efforts on driving team development, organizational employee relations strategy, operational and scalable growth, and process improvement in the Employee Relations space. I have an extensive background in contract negotiations, workplace investigations, complex performance management, conflict resolution, progressive discipline, grievance processing, RIFS, and complaint resolution and training for all levels of management. My professional style is defined by empathy and compassion. I try to always put myself in the other person\'s shoes before making any decisions.
