Due to my previous experience in both the airport and local authority fire service I have an ability to plan and execute my duties often under pressure and in extreme conditions. I have an analytical approach to finding solutions and am always keen to learn new disciplines and skills.I believe I am a driven member of both Inverness Airport Fire Service and Scottish Fire And rescue Service and use the skills and experience I have gained within both organisations together with those attained out with to build and develop my own skill set and those of my fellow station members.I like to be enthusiastic, encouraging and positive in my approach when dealing with people, helping them to develop and grow.
