About Stephen Rodeschin
As a Construction Manager at Suffolk, I have worn many different (hard) hats. I started as a Project Engineer, rotating through Assistant Superintendent, Digital Engineer, and Assistant Project Manager roles, eventually landing on the Project Manager path. Being able to rotate through these different roles in an early stage of my career provided me with a unique opportunity to experience the various stages and facets of a project lifecycle. These experiences help me succeed in my current role as a Project Manager. Being able to call upon my field experience as a Super contributes to my effective collaboration with our Superintendents. My time as a Digital Engineer enabled me to think outside of the box, fostering a desire to find innovative ways to handle daily tasks. I am eager to continue to gain experiences and knowledge in this industry and help shape our City\'s skyline.What drives me to perform these duties to the best of my ability every day is my desire to build a better world. I like to think that what our teams build will contribute to a better quality of life for the people in and around my community.
