ABOUT STEPHEN ROCAMBOLI

Mr. Rocamboli is a results driven business and legal executive with a record of adding significant value for investors, partners and companies in the life sciences arena. He has significant foreign and domestic business experience and currently works as a strategic consultant to life science entrepreneurs, companies and investors throughout the world. As a senior Wall Street executive and legal counsel, Mr. Rocamboli honed his skills as an integral member of a small team of executives that completed nearly $1 Billion in private financing transactions (debt and equity), launched several hedge funds, and founded over 20 life science companies, many of which are publicly traded or have been sold, including ZioPharm Oncology (ZIOP), Chelsea Therapeutics International (sold to Lundbeck), Cougar Biotechnology, Cutanea Life Sciences (sold to Maruho - Japan) and Ventrus Biosciences (VTUS). A seasoned deal closer, Mr. Rocamboli’s strategic expertise includes M&A and intellectual property asset acquisition/disposition and corporate finance. Mr. Rocamboli also has development stage pharmaceutical company and investment banking operations and management experience. Mr. Rocamboli has been a member of the board of directors of numerous public and private companies, has audit committee experience, and is currently a member of the board of directors of two private venture backed specialty pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Rocamboli is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Cortice BioSciences (New York, NY), Esperion Therapeutics (ESPR) and TFF Pharmaceuticals (TFFP).
