I am an expert level Portfolio/Program Manager currently working for Western & Southern, with 25 years of experience designing commercial solutions, programs and projects to meet Client’s business needs and strategy. Through commercial consulting and specialized training, I have developed strong abilities to find client’s root cause problems and business opportunities, and then successfully deliver solutions that simplify, automate and enhance their operations within their business constraints. Through my prior experience building and running the P&G account PMO for Hewlett Packard, I have developed strong business acumen ensuring all proposals, SOWs and Change Requests are financially and contractually sound and successfully delivered. I consulted with and trained our international (70 Countries) project and sales teams in 11 diverse service offerings ranging in complexity from Analytics and SAP application services to Infrastructure, security and End User computing. As the primary technical lead in the PMO, I developed policies, processes and tools to efficiently handle HP\'s highest volume project portfolio that over the past five years started 1710 new projects and programs. Prior to HP/DXC, I worked at GE Aviation, and obtained strong foundational six sigma and project management skills developing CNC laser machining process in GE Aviation’s prestigious Manufacturing Technology Labs. Later I moved into Engineering systems including design and deployment of a custom engineering drawing repository and retrieval system based on Filenet technology. Career Highlights- Built and Maintained Hewlett Packard’s largest account PMO- Lead an Agile Kanban Rehosting project that reduced license fee costs by $440k a year- Lead a transformation project to convert a single user Resource Unit Forecasting tool based on 14 Access databases into a commercially supportable mult-user tool.

Develop and Support Account Strategy, Policies and Operational Procedures for one of HPE\'s largest account Program Management Offices (PMO). Oversee,Track, and Support one of HPE\'s top largest clients and customer Project Portfolios with several hundred active International Infrastructure and Application programs and projects continually flowing through the account. Provide consultation, mentoring and training to Sr. Executive leadership and Program/Project teams on Strategy, Account Policies and Procedures, and best delivery practices. Resolve escalations. Volunteered to Serve as the Project Management Training Dean with direct oversight of a curriculum consisting of over 10 classes and assessments used to get PM\'s Account certified. Well versed in the application of Six Sigma methods to monitor and continually improve account processes and procedures. Strong contract and Business acumen gained from being one of the key contract reviewers of Statements of Work (SOW) prior to their release to the client.
