With over 26 years of work experience, I am a seasoned senior project manager in the field of construction management and structural engineering. I have a passion for delivering high-quality and sustainable projects that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders. I have a strong track record of managing complex and diverse projects, from commercial interiors and residential facade restorations to elevator cab modernizations and infrastructure upgrades. I am a licensed professional engineer and OSHA 30 certified, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in contract management, budgeting, bidding, and permitting. I enjoy working with a talented and collaborative team of professionals at Suffolk Construction, one of the leading construction management firms in North America. I share the company\'s vision of creating innovative and environmentally friendly spaces that enhance the quality of life for the clients and communities we serve.As a senior project manager at Rudin Management, I was responsible for overseeing all phases of the organization’s commercial and residential construction projects. I worked closely with the executive team to translate their vision into reality, and I coordinated with various design consultants to ensure the optimal design and functionality of the projects. I also managed the financial aspects of the projects, preparing detailed budgets, analyzing cost proposals from contractors and approving monthly requisitions. I negotiated contracts and change orders with construction managers, general contractors, and trade contractors, and I ensured that the projects were completed within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget. I also managed the regulatory aspects of the projects, securing all necessary construction permits and approvals from multiple government agencies. I supervised the construction process and ensure that the projects comply with the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. I am proud of the projects I have managed, such as a $35 million, SF office fit-out, creating a new SF meeting space including a SF landscaped roof deck, and a $16 million utility relocation project that performed in support of and conjunction with the MTA Eastside Access project.
