Advised a Fortune 500 diversified industrial gas company on the USD $3B tax-free spin of their electronic materials division, along with the USD $3.8B sale of their performance materials division. Supported with tax step plan execution, financial closing models and cutover execution. In addition to my client serving responsibilities, I am an active ambassador of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year New York & New Jersey Programs where I actively recruit, nominate, and interview candidates for each program.
