Stephen joined Bain & Company in 2002 as a Partner in the London office. He was elected Senior Partner in 2008.As Enterprise Technology (ET) Global Practice Leader he delivers technology-related project work for corporate and PE clients, and directs a team of 210 Bain Partners who have ET as their primary practice affiliation. The Bain ET Practice has grown +23% CAGR for a decade, accelerating significantly over the past 3 years (e.g,+40% in 2024).Stephen also oversees the Bain software engineering partnership with Endava (in which Bain holds a minority ownership stake) and sits on the Board of Enterprise Blueprints, a wholly-owned Bain subsidiary.
