As an experienced Project/ contracts Manager, I have expertise in structuring, planning, and delivering complex construction projects. With a ten-year background in tier 1 construction, I’ve brought advanced technical, process and programme management capability to a variety of large-scale, multi-million-pound builds.Known for making things happen under pressure, positivity, and problem-solving capability, I bring wide-ranging experience to projects that enables me to look at challenges and find angles that can otherwise go unnoticed. I am diligently focused on high quality client delivery to contract and love the feeling I get from seeing the transformation from site to a building in use.I enjoy leading diverse client, architect, and consultant teams, developing and orchestrating programmes whilst also creating learning opportunities for less experienced team members.
