I work as an executive coach and mentor - https://stephenpagecoaching.com working especially with creative and cultural leaders and companies. I particularly enjoy working with high potential people, and with founders and CEOs. Coaching is an equal partnership, from which change can be made to happen, for individuals and organisations, and I combine the experience I have gained, from many years leading a creative business, with core coaching skills, to help that change to happen. I am Chair of Faber & Faber, one of world\'s leading independent publishers, having been Chief Executive for 20 years. I was Chair and a Board member of Creative Access, the social enterprise working to make the Creative and Cultural Sector representative of our society. For some years I have worked with the UK Government on behalf of the creative industries, and sat on the Creative Industries Council where I chaired the Education and Skills Working Group. I am also a Council member of the Publishers Association. I am a visiting lecturer and teach on the Publishing and Creative Writing MA programme at City, University of London. I also sit on the faculty of the Future Leaders Group and deliver the strategy module for the course.
