Over that time, I built international supplier networks, improved cost structures, and helped scale merchandising platforms that created value for both customers and shareholders.My work today centers on investing in and partnering with businesses where merchandising excellence, cost discipline, and strong execution materially matter. I take a practical, owner-oriented approach and engage closely with management teams, particularly around merchandising strategy, sourcing, supply chain, and operating rigor, where experience can make a real difference.Alongside this work, I selectively advise and partner with companies that value hands-on operating support.
