Provide strategic IT leadership across MRI’s global M&A activities, overseeing end-to-end technology due diligence, integration planning, and execution. Evaluate and assess target companies’ IT environments, including corporate infrastructure, cloud hosting, cybersecurity, software licensing, and vendor relationships.Post-acquisition, lead integration programmes to align acquired entities with MRI’s global IT standards, core business systems, and operational frameworks. Drive initiatives to consolidate and optimise IT environments, improve governance, and deliver operational efficiencies through standardisation and cost optimisation.I have taken over global Corporate IT leadership to define and enforce enterprise-wide standards, manage IT Opex and FinOps performance, and identify opportunities for long-term value creation. Oversee project management for complex integrations and data centre transitions, ensuring seamless delivery, risk mitigation, and business continuity across regions.
