About Stephen Neary
As the President of Neary Global Solutions (NGS), a company I founded in 2022 after retiring as a Marine General Officer, I help high-performing organizations and individuals achieve personal and professional excellence in the face of complex and emerging challenges and opportunities. With decades of leadership experience in diverse and dynamic settings, from the front lines of Iraq to the halls of the Pentagon, I work shoulder to shoulder providing strategic advice, planning, and implementation support to clients across various sectors, including venture capital, private equity, start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies. My passion is to share my insights and lessons learned from leading and transforming large organizations in the military, as well as supporting COVID operations in New England. I have a Master\'s degree in Military Strategic Studies from both the U.S. Naval War College and the Marine Corps University, and I was a Fellow at the MIT Seminar XXI Program.
