Believe and you can achieve! In every area of my career I have always aimed high, trying my hardest day in day out to achieve success and be the best! In my first Depo GM Role I assembled a great team at Tewkesbury GAP enabling us to achieve great success. I originally started for Gap Group as a fitter then foreman and then progressed to depot manager with many years experience and in charge of 22 staff and full P + L. Our first year we hit over 98k per month turnover and achieved profit in our first three months of trading, we grew to a turn over of 300k per month and made over 1.6 million profit in the past 6 years With back to back A standard compliance audits setting high standards at Gap Tewkesbury! living by the gap CODE Communication, One team, Dedication, Efficiency! I moved on to the Bristol GAP Depot location and I am building my team I have changed the depot to improve efficiency and improve customer service. The next stage is to build on business growing our customer base getting in touch with old customers and lapsed accounts and whilst growing increase turnover and profitability. The aid is to grow the Bristol branch to new greater levels.
