I have covered the NFL, the NFL draft, college football and fantasy football since the summer of 2001. Providing scouting reports and pick by pick analysis for ESPN.com\'s NFL Draftcast has been the core of my job for the past 17 years. I watch college football tape to evaluate NFL draft prospects. I watch NFL tape to evaluate teams\' needs and schemes. I further identify team needs by monitoring rosters and free agency. I study past drafts in an effort to identify team and decision maker trends. I\'ve written about the draft individually and collaboratively. I write about position trends, teams\' potential picks and under the radar prospects in addition to other topics. I write a second round mock draft. I\'ve written NFL matchups, college matchups and fantasy matchups over the course of my career. I have podcast and radio experience. I worked with former ESPN analyst Todd McShay to grade and rank NFL draft prospects for Scouts Inc. I\'ve spoken with NFL scouts and personnel as a part of this process. I edit and condense the Scouts Inc. reports for the Draftcast. I manage the rankings\' docs and database. I handle the assignments for teams and reports.
