Primarily responsible for lifting operations, allocation of crane times and lifting assessments.• Responsible for holding daily toolbox talks and weekly crane meetings.• Identifies team and individual training requirements.• Responsible for monitoring the team; ensuring performance and results are met.• Ensures machinery is serviced and maintained as per agreed procedures.• Effectively liaises with colleagues, management and 3rd parties.• Ensures all operations are carried out in accordance with Loler regulations and BS7121 and company procedures.• Adheres to Loler lifting regulations; responsible for lifting accessories, crane servicing and maintenance.
