Leading on changing how the BBC works with capabilities and horizontal functionality slices. Changed the structure of the BBC Homepage to be personalised and automated. Increased sign-up by 5% on the BBC Homepage using Follow (personalisation) as a driver. Led the the migration of 20k News content pages to an improved platform with new capabilities. Resulted in strong key relations with stakeholders and increased organic traffic. Coached and motivated teams into a continuous experiment OKRs and other forms of workshop techniques to achieve realistic roadmaps. Acting Lead Product Manager during 9 month Maternity leave which included facilitating Senior Leadership Groups and managing Product teams. Drove and impacted the BBCs first offering to Alexa voice app which was one of the first of 3 apps to appear on the device.
