This is facilitated by developing, training and managing a group of quality champions from representative parts of the function. The role also involves ensuring quality compliance standards are met as a team member of significant transformation projects. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute and a regular speaker at international cold chain pharmaceutical conferences on the subject of risk management in the temperature controlled supply chain and good distribution practice (GDP).
