PhD graduate researcher at LJMU with focus on strength training in Academy Soccer. Additionally involved in research looking at training load variations in multi-sport youth athletes, the influence of maturation status on strength training practice and the mechanisms behind training adaptations.Accredited Strength & Conditioning coach working at Liverpool John Moores University and Liverpool City of Swimming Club. In both roles I put the theoretical knowledge gained through my undergraduate and postgraduate courses into practice in a teaching and coaching role respectively.
