ABOUT STEPHEN MCMAHON
Engineering Manager @ BMI Trailers Currently managing the engineering department consisting of designers and robotic welder programmers. Responsible for overseeing all new and existing designs ensuring these meet customer specification and compliance. Experience in hydraulics and electronics system fitted to trailers. Until the end of 2021 my responsibility was supervision of 10+ employees. Responsible for the finishing team, ensuring trailers are finished to the customer specification. As a team we ensure work is completed in a timely, efficient manner before the quality control process. Meeting production output targets. My previous role was based around all aspects of automation within the BMI Factory. Programming our Panasonic Robotic Welder using DTPS offline software, along with driving lean within the robot cell. Six Sigma Green Belt Post Grad in Business and Management
