I work as part of the HR Consultancy function supporting business areas across the UK and wider footprint through organisational change, restructuring and complex people matters. The role focuses on balancing commercial objectives with fair, compliant and people-centred outcomes.Key Responsibilities• Lead and support organisational change programmes including restructures, TUPE activity and role redesign• Provide expert advice to senior leaders and HR Business Partners on redundancy, consultation and employee relations matters• Manage end-to-end consultation processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policy• Facilitate collective and individual consultations, including engagement with Trade Union and employee representatives• Produce impact assessments, selection matrices and consultation documentation using the Workday Restructure Toolkit• Interpret and analyse data (headcount, cost modelling and role mapping) to support decision-making• Advise on risk, governance and policy application across complex cases• Coach leaders on handling sensitive conversations and delivering clear messaging during change• Support appeals, grievances and dispute resolution relating to restructuring activityKey Achievements / Impact• Delivered large-scale transformation and restructuring programmes across multiple business functions• Supported stakeholders across the UK, Ireland and India in globally aligned change initiatives• Recognised as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on high-risk and sensitive people matters• Improved consultation quality and consistency through structured documentation and guidance• Helped leaders navigate change while maintaining employee engagement and dignity in process.
