Mr. McCarthy provides individuals, entities, and institutions access to alternative investment strategies with a value-add-oriented investment approach.Mr. McCarthy is the Director of Investor Relations for SFA, where he is responsible for introducing high-net-worth individuals to investment opportunities in commercial real estate, and various other bespoke investment vehicles. Stephen has helped hundreds of investors allocate more than $75 million of equity across more than 20 commercial real estate syndications. His real estate investment experience includes acquisitions of several 100+ unit multifamily apartment complexes, multi-tenant office buildings, and flex/warehouse space. Mr. McCarthy is responsible for the raising of equity to acquire and operate in excess of 1.6 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Greater Philadelphia region valued at over SFA team works vigorously to shield investor capital from market risk, efficiently and effectively. Mr. McCarthy resides in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, and enjoys traveling, giving back to the community, and spending time with his family.
