Senior principle scientist heading a high-throughput macromolecular crystallography lab and determining structures of protein ligand complexes. Responsibilities include supervision of Research Associate through Senior Scientist level personnel, collection of X-ray diffraction data daily on a homesource and weekly via remote access to multiple North American synchrotron facilities, and refinement of high-resolution protein structures in support of drug discovery programs across the UCB Pharma portfolio. Also a primary crystallographer on the NIH-funded Seattle Structural Genomics Center for Infectious Disease consortium, and local sysadmin for linux-based computational resources.
