Full remit and accountability for the introduction and successful implementation of Project and Programme Management capabilities within a complex Regeneration Portfolio. Responsible for leadership, development, delivery, implementation and assurance of complex Regeneration Projects and Programmes. This role was established to introduce and embed best practice Project and Programme Management across an entire Capital Regeneration Portfolio of Projects. Developed Project / Programme delivery standards for Regeneration (City Development Major Projects). Ensured alignment of new Project Management Lifecycles and ways of working with the RIBA Plan of Work (Stages 0-7). Developed a Portfolio of Regeneration Projects to deliver key Liverpool City Council Strategic Objectives as defined in the Council Plan, City Plan, Regeneration & Investment, Strategic Futures, Inclusive Growth and Housing Strategies. Responsible for Project and Programme delivery of Capital Projects with a combined budget of c.£305m. Introduced new tools, systems and platforms, including Verto365 to enhance Project Management maturity, communication & collaboration, governance, prioritisation, reporting & MI, performance management, financial and planning performance.
