About Stephen M. Salisbury

Stephen M. Salisbury has a B.S. in Economics with a double minor in Sociology and Business Administration from IU South Bend and an M.S. in Technology with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from the Purdue School of Engineering & Technology at IUPUI. From November 2018 through February 2022, Stephen served as the Business Operations Manager for the Vera Z. Dwyer College of Health Sciences at IU South Bend before becoming an Academic Advisor in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences in February of 2022. On April 1, 2023, he moved into the Vice-Chancellor\'s Office for Administration and Finance as a Financial Administration Specialist. He is currently working toward his PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute and has been a member of PMI Michiana. He is the immediate past President of the IU South Bend Staff Council. The 2021 winner of the IU South Bend Professional Staff Council Spirit Award, he was elected by his peers to represent the staff on the Academic Organizational Design Task Force commissioned by the Executive Vice-Chancellor of Academic Affairs at IU South Bend and has been a part of the Chancellor\'s Leadership Program. Stephen began his collegiate teaching career in the Fall of 2022 teaching an online course in Epidemiology and Biostatistics for the Vera Z. Dwyer College of Health Sciences as an Adjunct Professor. His research interests include Organizational Change Management and Leadership along with Online Education Development and Student Success.
