About Stephen M. Faber
Look to create value-add opportunities on land development, community development, and urban design related projects. Work to build consensus facilitating positive outcomes and to mitigate the development risk through creative solutions in place-based land planning, economic analysis, market intelligence, feasibility/impact studies, and design.Coordinated multi-disciplinary teams to execute projects of varying scales from residential product to large master planned communities and urban design sites. Project work has covered all asset classes including mixed-use building products, commercial real estate, office space, industrial space, residential and multi-family products as well as projects involving historic buildings, brownfield reclamation, parks, greenways, civic amenities, roadway corridors, grading plans, planting design, site graphics and marketing efforts. Beyond practice, I enjoy spending time within my community participating on boards, advisory panels, guest critiques, and helping the next generation of thinkers.
