ABOUT STEPHEN M.
I specialize in telecommunications, with a focus on wireless voice and data technologies. I\'m always eager to learn new things so that I can better support my team. I\'m frequently found studying my next certification or picking up a new skill. Areas of competency include two-way radio system design and deployment, BDA/DAS, IP/Networking, Microwave systems, telecommunications cabling, DC power plants, SCADA, and installing communication devices in mobile equipment and tower sites, among others. In my current role, I\'m responsible for the results of my department within the company, including all aspects of it\'s operation. I am focused on leading a team of Industry Professionals across multiple service locations, and helping my team members develop to be the most qualified technical team in Western Canada (for our industry), as well as planning for the future in all things related to service delivery.I\'m passionate about my community, and I have previously worked for and currently volunteer with a number of non-profit and charitable organizations. I have supported these organizations by providing leadership, strategic planning, marketing, event planning, website administration, organizational development, and program management.I am interested in opportunities that will allow me to work with like-minded folks and achieve our mutual goals.
