The transition from BUILDER to REALTOR was natural for ME. As a “spec” Builder and General Contractor, I built high-end multi-million dollar homes all throughout Beverly Hills, BHPO, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, West Hollywood, San Fernando Valley, Cheviot, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu. Several of my homes were published in Architectural magazines. I have extensive knowledge with an in-depth understanding of the market and current trends. Upon graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, I obtained my Real Estate license, General Contractor’s license, purchased, designed, built and sold my 3rd \"spec\" home, setting a record for the highest priced sale in Pacific Palisades.Many celebrities, directors, producers, agents, studio execs, business managers, attorney’s and others commissioned me to build or remodel their homes. A hallmark of my service is my own experience buying & selling multi-million dollar houses: working with Lenders, Architects, Designers, Engineers, Geologists, Building Departments, City Inspectors, Sub-Contractors, etc. I am an expert on the West Side in locating undervalued properties with unrealized upside potential. I began Staging \"spec\" homes before it was the trend and parlayed that talent by designing and supplying home decor products to retailers nationwide such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Wayfair, QVC, HSN, Home Depot, Lowe\'s, etc.When you are comparing properties, I can identify which renovations, if any are necessary, including construction costs, timing and added value. I am an ethical, creative, yet tough negotiator and dedicated Advocate that will Protect you when buying or selling a home.
