Technically provides MAC churn and move management assistance to clients, according to CBRE Policy and Procedures as set forth in client contract documents. • Provides a single point of contact for all MAC account issues and manage the move management process in accordance with the Client’s Move Management Process • Supervises the development and coordinates the delivery of required reporting• Participates in planning meetings hosted by the client’s Planning Director/point of contact• Understand Client Portfolio and Drive High Level Strategies across the Portfolio• Review Metrics and compare across Accounts• Manage Staffing Levels to ensure appropriate staffing at all sites• Ensures portfolio-wide consistency in delivery of services • Ensures that CBRE\'s continually evolving “best practices” are incorporated into the work product • Provides a mechanism to engage “swat” teams where necessary to respond to unexpected needs • Establishes complex move project goals and objectives and evaluates project performance, making changes where necessary to ensure desired project results• Responsible for maintaining, streamlining and continuously improving MAC project standards • Develops and implements group move plans in collaboration with the facility management, project management, planning, T&I and construction management teams, as required• Ensures that the client move processes are managed and operated according to the client’s policies and procedures.
