International executive with over 20 years of experience in retail technology. During this time, I have worked in most every aspect of the industry that doesn’t involve writing code or building hardware.Starting with a focus on projects and clients, I have deep experience in relationship management, new technology implementation, team management and complex solution sales. I spent roughly 6 years living and working internationally, gradually moving from major account management to high-level operations as I built and led a helpdesk, an account management organization and consulting teams, all focused upon serving the European market.With my return to New York, I concentrated on SMB channel sales. I learned just how different that world is from major accounts and grew my skills in building and running an extremely successful sales channel. Most recently, I have focused on Business Development. This includes global M&A, management of large strategic relationships, and the creation and execution of ecosystem and partnership strategies.
