ABOUT STEPHEN LEIGH
I am an enthusiastic safety focussed person. I have ten years experience in delivering various Rail projects in the UK. I have managed the HS2 Interface with National Highways for two years dealing with many complex matters on this critical relationship. During my time at HS2 and Network Rail I have independently developed process enhancements that have helped projects deliver on the ground and give the client organisation the necessary controls required to enable consistent delivery. I have nine years experience in Town Planning at a local authority specialising in transportation and rail projects. I have experience in dealing with complex legal matters including rights of way legislation, railway law and property law. I have lead on the delivery of Consents for the London to Corby enhancement of the Midland Main Line including the delivery of the Transport and Works Act Order.
