Involved in DC pensions and wider workplace savings sales and strategy for many years through my current tenure with Hargreaves Lansdown and previously with Zurich and Standard Life. Recruiting, developing and managing some of the UK\'s highest performing teams of recent years is my daily motivation and pride. I am fortunate to have gained such a broad and wise network of contacts over the years as my current role requires continual strategic re-evaluation, patience and pragmatic application. I connect with employee benefit consultants from the UK\'s leading businesses and have a superb network of professionals championing reward and DC pensions within some of the UK\'s largest employers. Similarly, I have the privilege of associating with industry strategists, those involved in regulation and occasionally the related Unions.
