Allere is industry-agnostic with diverse clients spanning nearly every vertical – from Media, Technology, and Financial Services to Healthcare, Education, Retail and Travel & Entertainment- Utilize strong understanding of IT terminology, applications and IT technology to recruit candidates that exceed client expectations- Actively provide recruiting support to multi-client operations and effectively build positive work partnerships with geographically dispersed staff- Collaborate with management and business development teams to understand current and prospective needs- Identify, build, and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates identified through the sourcing process- Coach candidates through the client interview process- Create and manage sourcing strategies utilizing a variety of methodologies such as social media, job postings, job boards, professional associations, employee referrals, etc- Use appropriate ATS to track sourcing information including inputting candidate information, resumes, interview notes and assessment results- Develop long term relationships with candidates/consultants through consistent interaction via phone or email while acquiring referrals- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates- Consistently deliver candidates with hard to find niche skill sets.
