ABOUT STEPHEN LEACH
I am an extremely adaptability person who works well under pressure. a quick problem solver and excellent at building relationships, which I learned from 14 years with the Royal Engineers in the Army. I was faced with a variety of situations and jobs there, including being a team commander for a 1hr notice to move for UK government operations. overseas operations in Afghanistan including the search for IED\'s, construction projects in countries such as Cyprus, Canada, Gibraltar and many more, also managing a huge transport fleet that has held me in good stead on how to manage people / projects and deal with pressurised situations. So I have taken those aspects of my career and applied them to health and safety issues on construction sites where I work on projects worth up to £40m and previous projects including Battersea power station worth £2.4 Billion. My management style is very much taking a calm and collected approach combined with a congenial personality and confidence. As well as all of the above, I am organised and can pick up new skills quickly and easily, turning my hand to pretty much anything that is thrown at me. I am constantly striving for excellence.
