Stephen Knight BSc (Hons) MSc MRICS I work in the Affordable Housing and Residential Valuation team. The majority of my work is undertaking Red Book loan security valuations for a number of major funders. Typical valuations include valuations of residential development schemes and commercial properties throughout the central southern region. I have also been involved in a number of social housing valuations for various Housing Associations. Experience - Red Book Valuations (clients include Natwest, RBS, Barclays, Lloyds, Interbay, Aldermore, Close, Clydesdale, Hampshire Trust Bank, Handelsbanken and more)- Development Appraisals (sites between 5 and 1,500 units)- Single Units (up to £5m)- Viability Studies - Ransom Strip Valuations - Student Accommodation (direct Let and nomination agreement based valuations)- Portfolio Valuations (previous valuations include Banner Homes, Croudace and Coutryside)- Investment Portfolios (private clients)- Social Housing Valuations (clients include Hightown, Soveign and West Devon)- Regional market research
