With two years of practical experience spanning climate risk assessment, policy analysis, and grassroots activism, I bring a multidisciplinary, solutions-oriented approach to complex global challenges - whether it\'s implementing net-zero strategies in local governments or empowering communities worldwide via action handbooks or leading sustainable livelihood programmes. What Drives MeI am dedicated to understanding and tackling the root causes of modern issues such as inequality, climate change, and systemic injustice. I find hope in spaces of mobilising dreams of a better world and turning them into reality, and I aim to bridge science, policy and lived experience for lasting impact. Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for policy and planning.Experience leading diverse teams, managing projects under pressure, and delivering results - from fundraising events exceeding £ to supervising teams in fast-paced environments.A decolonial, justice-focused perspective developed through international work and academic research. Real-World ImpactLed foundational research on adaptation policy in Central Bedfordshire County Council.Presented 12 strategic recommendations enhancing Leeds County Council\'s 2030 climate action plan.Co-led a global survey of over young people to develop accessible environmental justice tools.Facilitated business training and helped secure startup funding in rural Tanzania for women-led ventures.🤝 Looking AheadI am seeking opportunities within NGOS, the climate and sustainability sector, or the social justice field - especially roles where I can contribute to climate policy, community-based adaptation, or sustainability transitions. I am particularly enthusiastic about positions that integrate research, impact evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.Let\'s connect if you\'re passionate about building a fairer, more sustainable world - or if you\'re hiring for roles in climate and development!
