I have been a user of adaptive automotive equipment for over twenty-four years. The freedom and independence it provides is amazing. I have a keen appreciation for what technology can do for one to gain a renewed sense of independence and empowerment. The technology changes in the industry have been accelerating over the past decade. With that evolution, I have constantly re-invented my sale techniques to meet the ever changing needs of the customer. From high driving controls to wireless and bluetooth enabled secondary driving controls, there has been one constant, the needs of the customer are paramount. Reputation is key. The customer must know that you have their interest at heart. When value is created and trust is established, positive outcomes are inevitable.
