Since retiring, Steve volunteers at Habitat for Humanity, Greater Ottawa. Steve retired on May 31, 2019, after to close to 40 years in the IT industry and 30 years with CGI. He was VP of Consulting Services for 20 years at CGI, serving clients in Canada\'s National Capital Region. Steve worked in the IT industry in both the private sector (retail) and public sector (provincial government) in Toronto for 10 years before relocating to Ottawa and joining CGI in 1989. He witnessed the growth of CGI from less than 500 employees to over in the 30 years he worked there. A thrilling ride for sure!
