As the Sustainability Manager for Lendlease Investment Management Europe, I am responsible for leading and delivering the following: 1. Providing strategic advice to clients, executive leadership teams, and business units, guiding them on sustainability outcomes, delivery, and reporting mechanisms. Developing and implementing processes, tools, and templates to enhance ESG data capture and reporting mechanisms. This includes automating data flows and property information. Developing asset management, property management, and tenant strategies. This involves creating Property Management Agreements and Green Leases to align assets with investor reporting requirements such as NABERS, WELL, and GRESB. Developing and implementing the Responsible Investment Policy (RPI). Completing investor reporting, including TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) and UNPRI (United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment). Establishing and coordinating the Investment Management Sustainability PSG (Performance and Sustainability Group), aiming to align the business unit with the global business and develop solutions to achieve the company\'s sustainability targets. Collaborating with development and construction colleagues to align development and operational management strategies. Ensuring that the sustainability goals are integrated into every stage of the property lifecycle. In addition to my role at Lendlease, I actively participate in the Better Building Partnership, where I contribute to advancing and improving sustainability within the built environment.
